Killeen, Texas restaurant: I would like to report several issues with my recent meal. The shrimp fettuccine was undercooked, and the breadsticks were excessively salty. Furthermore, the salad served was clearly not fresh, as it had a noticeable odor and contained brown, wilted lettuce. Due to these quality control issues, I was not satisfied with my experience.

★★★★☆ (4/5) Olive Garden has been one of our family's favorite restaurants for years, and today Louis and I had the pleasure of bringing two dear friends from our church to dinner. They recently moved to the United States from Kenya about a year ago, so we wanted them to enjoy one of our favorite places. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and our overall dining experience was good. One thing I especially looked forward to was introducing them to Will Clinton, the manager. I've known him since he first became manager here, and in all these years this is the first visit I can remember where he wasn't there. (I even remember when Greg was the manager before him. He's now managing Hook & Reel.) Will has a remarkable gift for hospitality. His leadership creates an atmosphere that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and remembered. While I certainly don't expect him to work every day, and he absolutely deserves his time off, his presence was noticeably missed. I felt uncomfortable while I was here. We were asked multiple times if we wanted a box to go, the manager came to “see if we needed anything” but was not friendly, she appeared serious. Then after that the waitress came by and asked us to pay and said “she wanted us to” - I think she may have been referring to the manager. The restaurant was not busy (adding pictures to show it was almost empty and around 2:00) so table was not needed. In fact we were asked if we’d like a to go drinks after were we seated, and we hadn’t received our meal yet. Horrible experience- I didn’t see those seated by us being checked on this much or asked multiple times if they’d like a box. I’d hate to say it was due to our race but that’s how it felt compared to what I saw with other guests.

Really enjoyed my first time in olive garden. I would recommend the chicken alfredo plus the chicken gnocchi soup! Our server was very nice too in refilling whatever we needed. Would come back for sure

I really enjoyed the service I got today. I was seated quickly and my server Cindy was a sweetheart. She saw me almost as soon as I sat down and made sure to get my drink and food order out to me as quick as she could. She even got my light ice on my tea correct. She popped by my table frequently and made sure to ask if I wanted refills. When I told her that it’s my birthday, she offered me a free dessert. Even got me some boxes for my remaining food
